Thousand Suns Church of Mother Earth is a sovereign Faith-Based Organization organized under Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Our foundation is Indigenous and Earth-honoring. Our mission lives through sacred service, healing ceremonies, and spiritual education.

We are a living church—spiritually alive, legally recognized.

Our Mission Is Sacred and Practical

We are legally and spiritually empowered to:

Conduct Earth-based sacramental ceremonies
Serve as spiritual ministers, counselors, and ceremonial guides
Offer Indigenous-based religious therapeutics and healing modalities
Preserve and transmit sacred knowledge and cultural wisdom
Provide charitable, educational, and devotional services to the public
Engage in research aligned with ecological, cultural, and spiritual restoration

Not for Profit—For Purpose

We do not operate for private gain. No net earnings benefit our members, trustees, or officers. All resources serve our mission and community.

We are authorized to:

Provide fair compensation for sacred service
Fund and support Earth-based ministries and teachings
Distribute resources for communal upliftment and healing

Subtle Note:

Our financial structure is designed for spiritual sustainability, not accumulation.

Beyond Politics—Devoted to the Sacred

We do not engage in lobbying, legislation, or political campaigning of any kind. Our commitment is spiritual, not partisan. Our service transcends political boundaries and speaks to the soul of humanity.

If We Dissolve, Our Purpose Lives On

Should this Church ever dissolve, all remaining assets will continue to serve Earth, Spirit, and People. Funds will be directed to:

Other recognized 508(c)(1)(A) faith-based organizations
Tribal, public, or community-serving entities aligned with our mission
Or, if necessary, distributed by local court in alignment with our sacred intent
